Report of NCC (Boys ) Activities

  • The NCC units was opened with the objective to install the value of discipline,Courage, leadership, patriotism, sprit of adventure, sportsmanship and engage in grooming the youth of the country. Apart from being a training organization, it has evolved into a disaster relief.
  • Our troop comes under 21 Maharashtra BN. NCC, Wardha, and the Group HQs.at Nagpur. Our NCC cadets are fulfilling the objectives and making difference from other students.
  • The activities of NCC unit during the last five year i. e. 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008,and 2008-2009 are as follows.
  • Every year one hundred and eight cadets are enrolled, including NCC lyr, llyr and NCC lllyr. The regular cadets with 75% of attendance are eligible for appearing in ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate examination respectively. NCC directorate, Mumbai, conducts these exams.
  • 80 NCC cadets participated in the Pulse Polio programme organized by the Govt. Hospital, Chandrapur. The cadets of NCC participated in the rally of Tsunami Affected Relief Fund by the college on 8th Jan 2005. In this rally, cadets collected 3704 Rs. (Three thousand seven hundred four Rs ) and sent it to the Commanding Officer 21 MAH. BN. NCC Wardha.
  • The unit of NCC organized Blood Donation and Blood Group detection Camp in which 20 cadets donated Blood and 50 cadets detected their Blood group.
  • 18 cadets of NCC attended regular army attachment Camp from 14th Feb 2005 to 27th Feb 2005 at guards regimental training center Kamptee. All this cadet’s attended camp under the leadership of Cadet Rohan Chaudhari.
  • 30 cadets of the college participated in the Annual Training Camp where SUO Keshav worked as a camp Senior.
  • In the academic year 2005-2006, the NCC unit of the college on the occasion of ‘World Peace Day’, on 21st September 20054 has organized Blood groups.
  • NCC cadets of the college participated in the AIDS awareness rally organized by Govt. Hospital on December 1st 2005. In the week, a guest lecture on AID of Dr. Anant Hazare was arranged to make the cadets aware of AIDS.
  • 16 cadets from the college attended Army Attachment Camp at Guards Regimental Center, Kamptee. Similarly 20 cadets from the college attended Annual Training Camp at Wardha.

In the Adcaemic Year 2007-2008

  • This year the unit of NCC organized speech of Dr. Chharing S. P. Chandrapur on job opportunity in NCC on dated 10thOct 2007.
  • The cadets of NCC participate in the “Sadbhavana Rally” on October 2nd ,2007. AIDS Awareness rally was heald on 6th Dec 2007
  • The cadets also visited “Red Ribbon Express” at Ballarpur Railway Station on 25th Dec 2007.
  • 34 NCC cadets attended the Annual Training camp on dated 23th Jan 2008
  • 5NCC cadets are participated national intergration camp heald at CRPF (Hingna) Nagpur on 5th Jan 2008 to 14th Jan 2008.
  • 10 NCC cadets attained regular Army Attachment Camp heald at Kamptee.
  • 12NCC cadets attended group training camp heald at Nagpur on 11th Oct 2007. Cadets Swapnil Ladke wasselected for group training camp second and third .
  • The college has organized, the ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate Examination which was presided over by Lt. Col. M. K. Dhapai Commanding Offer 21 MAH/BN/NCC Wardha , Lt.Col.C.K.Singh 20 MAH/BN/NCCNagpur.
  • In the academic year 2008-2009, the NCC unit of the college organized “Sadbhavana Rally”on 2nd Oct, 2008 under the leadership of Hon. Shantaramji Potdukhe.
  • 3 Cadets participated in All India Trekking Camp, Kolhapur from 17th Nov,2008 to 13th Dec,2008.
  • 5 cadets participated in pr-RDC selection Camp from 4th Sept, 2008 to 13th Sept, 20085 cadets attended TSC IIIrd Group selection camp heald at Nagpur from 1st July to 10th July 2008.
  • 56 cadets attended the Annual Training Camp from 20th Nov,2008 to 1st Dec 2008 and 3rd Dec 2008 to 14th Dec 2008.

  • In the service of nation and social concern, NCC cadets provided relief fund for Flood affected area of Bihar. We have organized the programme on AIDS Awarenes on the occasion of ‘World AIDS Day’ on 1st Des 2008 with the help of IMA, Chandrapur.Our cadets have participated in Chandrapur taluka level handicap diagnosis camp organized by Panchayat Smiti , Chandrapur.
  • In the academic year our college has given an opportunity to arrange the ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificate examination. 300 cadets have appeared for the said examination . For ‘B’ certificate examination Lt. Col. Pankaj Kumar, Commanding Officer 3MAH,Girls BN, Nagpur and Lt. Col.Dhabe, Commanding Officer, 21 MAH/BN/NCC Wardha worked as member of the board examination. ‘C’ certificate examination was presided over by Group Commandant Col.J.P.Gupta, Commaner Nagar and Col.J.P.Kamat, Commanding officer, 4 MAH/BN/NCC Nagpur

In the academic year 2006-2007

  • This year Chandrapur city was affected by Flood on dated 7,8 and 9 August 2006. Our NCC cadets provided various types of help to the affected people.
  • On dated 4,5, & 6 September, 2006 peopleof Chandrapur city was suffered from chicken Gunia and Dengu’. NCC cadets work hard for he affected people and awarwness among the people.
  • This year our college has organized Mega Blood Donation Programme under the guidance of Shri. Shantaramji Potdukhe and Principal Dr. V. S. Ainchwar. Our cadets participated in the Camp & 20 cadets donate Blood.
  • 30 cadets of NCC attended TSC I,II&III camp held at Nagpur in the month of June & July. 20 cadets participatd in TSC camp held at Wardha by 21 MAH/BN/NCC Wardha.

Report of NCC (Girls) Activities

  • The build the strong nation and providesecurity to the lives of all Indian in such era of global terrorism the NCC Cadets shall play avital role. It is an organization of caliber and discipline, which has the amalgamation of knowledge, adventure which moulds the life style of Indian youths. The motto of NCC is unity and discipline. The traing of NCC is not merely the mechanical situation they are ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the mother land.
  • In our college NCC girls units had started since 1978.
  • Our troop comes under 3 Maharashtr/Girls/BN/NCC Nagpur and the group Head Quarters at Nagpur. Our NCC Cadets are fulfilling the objectives and making difference from other students.

  • 40 cadets of NCC attended annual training camp in Nagpur. In Gauhati State Level Nation Intergration Camp participated following cadets Amrita Ghosh, Seema Kamble, Bhavika Niranjane and Rock climbing camp in Gwalior participated two NCC cadets Poonam Lakhe and Priti Vewhare.
  • In the academic year 2005-2006 the NCC unit of the college on the occasion of ‘World Peace Day’ on 21st,Sept 2005 has organized blood Donation Camp of NCC cadets. In which 15 cadets donated Blood
  • NCC cadets pated in the AIDS awareness rally organized by Govt. Hospital on December 1st 2005.In the weel a guest lecture on AIDS of Dr. Anant Hazare was arranged to make the cadets aware of AIDS.
  • In 2005-2006 Sonam Y. Khan selected 26th Jan. ‘Republic Day Camp’ Delhi.Youth exchange programme selected for U.K. 27th Jan. P. M. S. Rally Delhi attended. In 2005, ‘Trffic Control Week’ heald 3rd Jan. to 9th Jan. at Chandrapur 20 cadets are participates.

  • 10 NCC cadets attainted the group training camp dated 11th Oct. to 20 th oct. 2007 and 21 Oct. to 26 Oct 2007 GP TRG Camp-II Mangala S. Lokhande TSC at Aurangabad.
  • Annual Trag Camp during ATC from10th Dec. to 19th Dec. 2007 at Nagpur (Lonara) 29 cadets are attainted.
  • The college this year give a opportunity to arrange the district ‘B’ certificate examination at our Sradar Patel College , Chandrapur Center 350 cadets are participate in the examination ‘C’ certificate examination was also heald at our center which was presided over by Col.M.K. Dhapai commanding officer 21 MAH/BN/NCC,Wardha. Lt. Col. C. K. Sing 20 MAH/BN/NCC, Nagpur.

  • 9th June to 20th June 2009 ‘AVAHAN’ arrange Disaster Management Camp heald at Aurangabad 5cadets participated in the service of nation and Social concern. NCC cadets provided relief fund for flood affected area of Bihar. We have organized the programme on AIDS Awareness on the occasion of world AIDS Day on 1st Dec. 2008 with the help of IMA, Chandrapur .
